Admission Requirements

• Nursery / Kinder / Preparatory
• Grade 1 to High School
• Non-Filipino Citizens

Procedures

1. Present all the admission requirements to the Registrar's Office and secure application form
2. Pay testing fee to the Accounting Office
3. Present official receipt and submit filled out application form to the Registrar's Office
4. Get test and interview schedule and Examination permit
5. Get the result at the Registrar's Office after five (5) days or on the specified date

1. Present Test Results for enrollment at the Registrar's Office
2. Secure Registration Form and Agreement Between Parents and School from the Registrar's Office
3. Submit filled out Agreement to the Registrar's Office
4. Submit Registration Form to the Accounting Office and pay the necessary fees.

• Birth Certificate (Original and photocopy)
• Baptismal Certificate Roman Catholic Rites (Original and photocopy)
• Health Certificate
• 2 x 2 colored pictures (3 copies)
• Certificate of attendance (for Kinder and Prep)
• Testing fee

• No grade below 83% in any subject in any quarter

• Alien Certificate of Residence (ACR) issued by the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation
• Study Permit issued by the Department of Education
